PICSI
About
PICSI is a microscopic method of transferring specially selected sperm into the egg. In the lab, we select the mature and vital sperm and place it directly into the cytoplasm of the prepared eggs using the ICSI method. One sperm is sufficient to fertilize one egg. The method has a 95% success rate.
We use a so-called petri dish coated with a layer of hyaluronan that binds mature and healthy sperm to select suitable sperm.
