She completed her specialization in gynecology and obstetrics at OB Zabok, where she gained initial clinical experience. She started dealing with human reproduction at the BetaPlus Polyclinic in 2015. At the beginning of her narrow specialization, Dr. Bračun spent some time on education at the Reproductive Medicine Department of the Clinical Hospital in Ghent, Belgium (headed by Prof. Petra de Sutter), which is one of the leading IVF centers in Europe. She visited several other European centers for reproductive medicine where she exchanged experiences with leading authorities in the field of human reproduction (UZ Brussel in Belgium; Universitaeres Kinderwunchzentrum Lubeck in Germany). Dr. Bračun's narrower area of ​​interest is reproductive medicine and minimally invasive surgical procedures (hysteroscopies) in gynecology. She is also interested in ultrasound diagnostics (2D/3D/4D).

Qualifications

She also attended numerous domestic and foreign courses: "Assisted Human Reproduction - Clinical and Laboratory Aspects" organized by the European Society for Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE); Croatian postgraduate course in gynecological surgery and endoscopy with international participation organized by the Croatian Society for Gynecological Endoscopy and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zagreb; "Modern Contraception in the modern World" organized by the European Society for Contraception and Reproductive Health (ESC); "Practical application of 3D ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics" organized by the International Academy of Ultrasound in Medicine (iAMU); "Ultrasound in assisted reproduction technologies (ART) and early pregnancy: blended training approach" organized by the European Society for Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE).

Experience

Dr. In 2024, Bračun joined the IVF Clinic team with the desire to provide top-notch healthcare and support to her patients. Se strives to approach each patient individually, providing them with support, understanding, and hope during their journey toward parenthood.

Publications

She participates in domestic and foreign professional meetings in the field of gynecology and obstetrics. She is the co-author of several scientific articles and book chapters in the field of minimally invasive gynecological surgery and participated in the organization of several congresses and courses of the 1st category in gynecological endoscopy with international participation.
